Our talk this evening was about the seaside garden by Caradoc Doy, an experienced horticulturist. Caradoc explained the problems that salt spray caused to plants and in his talk he included pictures of many plants that were salt tolerant.  

Floral art was entitled "Seaside colour".  Diane Richards was awarded first prize

First Prize - Multiple stems was won by Beryl Durtnall

First prize for a single stem was won by Pauline Sharp

First prize winner in our vegetable section was Pauline Sharp

Pauline Sharpe won first prize in the Indoor or Outdoor potted plant category.
