Tonights lecture was given by Ben Candlin from "Adventurous Plants" who brought a selection of plants suitable for a wild life friendly garden.
He talked to us about how gardens can provide an important space for wildlife no matter how large or small your garden is. Wildlife friendly gardening explored a range of plants and gardening ideas that benefit our native wildlife from bees and pollinators to butterflies and frogs.
First prize for single stem flower was won by Mary Sanders
